Types Of Vitamins

Vitamin A, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, and Vitamin K are called fat-soluble vitamins because they can be dissolved only through the fat present in the body. It joins the fat particles and comes in the main blood flow of the body and reaches different parts of the body. Although this vitamin can be stored in our liver for a long time to come, even if it is in excess.
